Thought of the day: - A common saying in business is: “The customer is always right”. In-case of management, it should be, “your staff is always right”…… at least as far as public is concerned. The scribes and the Pharisees came to Jesus and told him to rebuke his staff because they were eating wheat on Sabbath. Clearly Jesus knew the rules and clearly the staff was breaking them. However instead of turning and rebuking his errant crew, he turned to the scribes and the Pharisees. “You strain at a gnat and swallow a Camel.” He told them in no uncertain terms and shamed them into Silence for their Criticism. Jesus defended his staff in front of public. Have you ever rebuked or embarrassed a friend or a family member in public? How do you think it made them feel?
